The Raven GC at Lora Bay, designed by Thomas McBroom & Tom Lehman, is a throwback to classic golf architecture. The course's dramatic design and layout was dictated by the dynamics of the forested shoreline of Georgian Bay and the Nipissing Ridge. A Thomas McBroom design, Monterra GC sits at the foot of the Blue Mountains presenting scenic vistas from a number of elevations where focus and shots are easily lost to the mountain scenery. Water - both lakes and creeks - dominates the course, coming into play on eleven holes.
