The stunning Tom McBroom & Tom Lehman co-designed championship layout that stretches out from 5,096 to 7,105 yards from five sets of tee decks has quickly earned a reputation as the place where players come to play. The Raven Club at Lora Bay hosted John Daly, Geoff Ogilvy, Colin Montgomerie, Retief Goosen and Stephen Ames for the 2007 Telus Skins Game and from June 26-29 is hosting the Nationwide Tour's 1st annual FORD - Wayne Gretzky Classic & Celebrity Pro-Am. |
| First and foremost, this course was designed to be player friendly when played from the appropriate tees, but when the pros tee it up from the tips, we’ll see just how challenging it can be. The Raven Club is working closely with PGA Tour officials to have the course in truly world-class condition when it hosts the PGA Nationwide Tour along with Wayne Gretzky, a few hockey greats and a number of celebrities.
