| Championship golf by the Bay
Anchoring Georgian Traingle golf is IntraWest's Blue Mountain Resort and Village in Collingwood, site of the Monterra GC and developer of the Raven Golf Club at Lora Bay - located in nearby Thornbury and co-designed by Tom Lehman and Thomas McBroom. Just down the road, the Cranberry Golf Resort course (another Thomas McBroom design) and the Blue Mountain G&CC get the most play. New on the scene is the OslerBrook G&CC and several more golf projects are "in the works" or on the drawing board. A favourite 4-season playground, the Collingwood area includes several private courses, including the Mad River GC, The Georgian Bay Club and OslerBrook G&CC. |

With so many great signature courses, don't overlook other Georgian Triangle courses, including Batteaux Creek GC, Baywood G&CC, Circle Pines GC, Duntroon Highlands GC, Marlwood G&CC, Wasaga Sands G&CC, and (not shown on map) Springwater GC, Meaford G&CC and a number of 9-hole, par-3 and executive layouts. Nearby are a couple of smaller golf resorts, including the Homestead Golf Resort, Talisman Resort and Pike Lake G&CC Resort. |
