This agreement involves the construction of a new facility at Angus Glen G.C. to house the golf school. Jim McLean, world-renowned golf instructor and swing specialist, will join with Angus Glen G.C. to market the Jim McLean Golf School through conventional media advertising and at golf shows throughout North America starting this winter.

Every major golf destination offers professional golf teaching facilities. With the 2007 Canadian Open being held at Angus Glen G.C. this year, and other major corporate tournaments flooding the course throughout the year, it was only a matter of time before a golf academy of this caliber was established.

"Angus Glen G.C. is the ideal venue for my golf school in Ontario. Angus Glen G.C's two championship courses, its driving range, and spectacular clubhouse represent the perfect location for my school," said Jim McLean.

The Jim McLean Golf Schools will make significant contributions to Junior Golf and Local Charities. The creation of the Jim McLean Junior Golf Experience will be an integral part of the overall strategy.

The new outdoor facilities are slated to open in May 2007.
