Teeing It Up VP-Golf Operations, Bill Rivers is an Ontario Golf "Top 50" panelist participating in the 2011 ranking of Ontario's premier golf courses - including public, semi-private and private courses.The panel consists of 60 of the top golf writers in Ontario, a number of its finest players— both amateur and professional — key industry types, golf association executives, and even a few passionate recreational golfers. To eliminate bias, panel members cannot select courses with which they are affiliated.
