The Teeing It Up NIAGARA 2003 Appreciation Awards have been presented to four deserving recipients - Royal Niagara GC, Whisky Run GC and Molson's / Coors Light - for their contributions to the promotion of Niagara golf and golf tourism. |

A long-time supporter of Niagara golf, Coors Light has been recognized for its sponsorship of the Teeing It Up NIAGARA project, the staging of special events, and sponsorship of golf tournaments throughout Niagara.
Coors Light is the title sponsor of the annual Hole-in-1 Club competition (co-ordinated by FORE ! Golfers Only) and the Drive Chip & Putt Golf Skills Competition staged in 2003.

| Whisky Run GC earned the award based on its ongoing support of the Teeing It Up NIAGARA project and in the promotion of Niagara golf and golf tourism. In addition to membership in the Niagara Golf Trail, Whisky Run GC sponsors the Teeing It Up NIAGARA newspaper column published in the Port Colborne-Wainfleet LEADER and is the home course of the TIU NIAGARA team.

Royal Niagara GC, part of Kaneff Golf, has been recognized for hosting the 2003 Telus Skins Game in June / 03. Competing in the event were defending champion, Sergio Garcia, Canadian Ian Leggatt, John Daly and Vijay Singh, winner of the event in a sudden-death playoff with Leggatt. Royal Niagara GC is also a member of the Niagara Golf Trail, a golf tourism marketing project.
